The National Identity Management Commission, NIMC, has announced the availability of an online booking portal to address the large crowds visiting their centres to comply with the recent Federal Government directives on NIN enrolment.
Effective today, the parastatal revealed that all applicants will have to register through the booking portal and will be issued a number which will be squarely followed to create orderliness and most importantly, prevent the large crowds that could worsen the spread of the coronavirus.
For Bookings, all enrollees are to visit the NIMC offices during business hours to disclose personal information that will be used solely for scheduling an appointment.
The NIMC also warned that persons not with facemasks or found flouting the COVID-19 guidelines would not gain entry into the premises.
