An eastern Kenya University, Machakos University, has taken to its social profiles to debunk a widespread rumor that a Bachelor’s Degree in Witchcraft is an available course offering at the citadel.
The Press Statement dated the 28th of April appealed to the general populace to disregard the misinformation as they were spread with malicious intent.
Some undisclosed local blogs had earlier published news on the launch of a four-year Witchcraft course available at the institution leading to a viral trend on social media.
