Insecurity creeps into South-eastern Nigeria as Gunmen come for Soludo

Former Nigerian Central Bank Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo was recently attacked at a campaign rally but managed to escape with his life intact.

Unfortunately, three policemen at the the Isuofia community town hall lost their lives and a close aide to the Anambra gubernatorial candidate was also abducted.

News of heightened insecurity has become very mainstream in Nigeria, especially in the nothern parts of the country. The cancer has begun to spread to the eastern and middle belt regions as well.

Charles Soludo is running on the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance party as a gubernatorial candidate for Anambra State.

No news have been heard concerning a capture of his assailants.
