A former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Dr. Obadiah Mailafiya is dead.
A family member who confirmed his death to reporters said he died on Sunday around 8:00 am in Abuja after a brief illness.
Mailafiya who hails from Sanga Local Government in Southern Kaduna died at the age of 56.
