WhatsApp, one of the most popular messaging apps has recently unrolled it’s latest version featuring the Dark Mode option.
Just like Twitter, it is believed that this new addition will help reduce the eye strain that is common from staring at the blue light from phone screens project and was its most requested feature.
As a result, the company spent quite a decent amount of time researching and experimenting on designing a dark mode that would foster readability and maintain the same information hierarchy.
The latest feature is available on both Android and iOs currently in Beta versions and can be modified within the settings options. However, it turns out that iOs users who don’t have the latest Operating System will not be able to fully participate in this new wave (sorry guys).
