As the race for the Senate Presidency begins, The Abia North lawmaker, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu insists that he is the most qualified Senator by ranking to lead the 10th Assembly as the number four man of the country.
Kalu, who is the Chief Whip of the 9th National Assembly stated this while briefing Senate Correspondents on Tuesday in Abuja.
He appealed to the ruling All Progressives Congress to zone the coveted position to the South-East because it has the sole powers to do so.
Uzor, who acknowledged that no democracy is perfect, stressed the need to amend the 1999 Constitution to make room for electronic voting.
