The Federal Government has said it is taking aggressive steps to implement the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Program, WASH, to help end open defecation in Nigeria.
The Minister of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu, disclosed this to newsmen in Abuja, during a presentation of a compendium for the Ministry in the last five years.
Adamu, however, added that the Federal Government is working with relevant stakeholders to improve the water supply to Nigerians.
