Asa, 36, whose real name is Bukola Elemide has in this very interesting interview on The Juice with Bolanle Olukanni revealed why it doesn’t seem likely she would be getting married soon.
According to her, she prefers her own company to others and has been advised to tell her admirers/partners early on. Asa says she has grown selfish of her space over the years and cannot imagine giving it up.
It doesn’t end there, she claims she has been blessed with remarkable partners over the years but she doesn’t see how they would understand her idiosyncracies of her precious alone time.
A trend that some psychologists have attributed to a select few – highly intelligent people and has been heavily researched and published in the British Journal of Psychology.
In her own words, she suggests that for a relationship to work with her they might need separate houses or even separate rooms.

“I was telling Janet that would anyone understand when I tell them that I want to be by myself by 4 and she said ‘just tell them from the beginning.
“I remember this guy he was amazing…if I have been dating Volkswagen he was a Rolls Royce. I couldn’t be by myself which was a no end. That actually one of the reasons I left because it was too much of that person.
“If I get married and you do that to me…sometimes I think maybe we should have two houses so we can walk down to my house or maybe we should have two rooms…”
