The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the October 10, 2020, Governorship Election in Ondo State, Eyitayo Jegede, says he might appeal the judgment of the three-man election tribunal that dismissed his case for lack of merit.
Jegede spoke shortly after the Judgement of the Abubakar Umar-led Tribunal in Akure, Ondo state capital.
The PDP candidate said he and his team would study the judgment to know the next step to take within the 60 days period of appeal.

Meanwhile, the Ondo State Governor, and candidate of the All Progressives Congress in the election, Rotimi Akeredolu, in a statement issued on Tuesday, described the judgment as a true reflection of the position of the law and the collective wish of the people of the state.
The Tribunal judgement was delivered virtually this Tuesday.
