Former Presidential aspirant and controversial activist, Omoyele Sowore has in a statement confirmed the death of his younger brother, Olajide Sowore, who was shot dead in Edo State by alleged unknown gunmen.
The now late Olajide Sowore was a Pharmaceutical student at the Igbinedion University before his untimely demise.
The politician and Co-Convener of the Revolution Now movement, who is still in the thick of legal battles, eulogized his late brother while remembering fond memories together. He went on to describe today as his saddest day yet…

My immediate younger brother, Olajide Sowore was today shot and killed near Okada in Edo state by reportedly herdsmen /kidnappers on his way from Igbinedion University in Edo state where he is studying Pharmacy.They snuffed out the life yet another real human being!
