Amalgamated Arewa Youth Group (AAYG) has asked the federal government to respect the rule of law and judgement of federal high court by reinstating Senator Ifeanyi Araraume as the non-Executive Chairman of Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).
The group said the judiciary is an independent arm of government that operates on the principles of fairness, justice, equity, therefore, the court’s decision must be respected in order to strengthen the rule of law in Nigeria.
The group called on President Buhari to clear all hurdles for Senator Araraume to resume office.
