A certain Alhaji Husaini Samila believed to be a Sharia court Judge has been kidnapped from inside a court in Zakat village in Katsina State according to local media.
A policeman disclosed that it was unclear why the judge was in court at the time considering the nationwide judicial strike and also that no one was aware of his visitation.
Katsina is one of the worst hit states to be affected by insurgency in Nigeria which has in recent times witnessed unprecedented spates of violence.
