Today Apple held an event tagged ‘it’s show time’ that is poised to take over video streaming as we know it. It is actually the first non-iPhone event the tech giant is holding at the Steve Jobs Theater.
Big artists such as Jennifer Lawrence, Reese Witherspoon and many other notable celebrities are lined up to host a show titled ‘The Morning Show’ and a number of other original content lined up and Oprah is also signed up on a multi-year content partnership with Apple
Spending an estimated $1 Billion on Video streaming, a feature the originally technology company just launched today seems to be a major competitive threat to other streaming services a.k.a Netflix as some other major streaming services has signed on including CBS, HBO, Showtime and a few others.
