The Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC Imo state sector command has inaugurated over 200 volunteer Special Marshalls.
The special marshals are to ensure smooth vehicular movements, especially during the yuletide.
The newly inaugurated special marshals had undergone training in code of conduct and functions of special marshal.
