Three police officers are feared dead following an early morning attack by unknown gunmen at the Nsukwa Divisional Police Station in Aniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State on Sunday.
The gunmen who also burnt down the police station and some patrol vehicles during the attack carted away with some ammunition and instilled fears among residents within the neighbourhood.
Several phone calls placed through to the State Police Public Relations Officer, Bright Edafe, to confirm the attack have remained unanswered.
