Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State has called on Nigerians to demonstrate will in resolving the country’s insecurity issues rather than calling for the division of the country.
Governor Inuwa said that the solution to the country’s myriad of problems lies with close collaboration with the Federal and State governments and the support of Nigerians.
The Governor disclosed this while in the audience with the presidential visitation panel to the Federal University of Kashere as well as authorities of the federal university.
A normal meeting turned into a discourse on the unity of the country.
Obviously, the events in the country became the focal point of the meeting with the state governor calling for peace in the light of a brewing storm.
For the other participants in the discourse, the issue of the country’s unity is sacrosanct with the role of strengthening that unity spelled out.
Indeed, the current events in the country are shaping the tide of discourse in the call for unity as the issues of insecurity still begging for answers.
