Former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s library suffered a gas explosion in Abeokuta leading to the death of one person and leaving several others injured.
The incident similar to others in the state within a week is currently being investigated according to the Ogun State Commissioner of Police, Edward Ajogun.
“We want to really find out the cause of the explosions… It is unfortunate that rumour mongers will be peddling rumours that the incidents are bomb explosions, but they are not, they are gas explosions,” The commissioner told newsmen.
