Justice Ladiran Akintola of the Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan Monday adjourned the trial involving Yoruba activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, and the Federal Government till September 7, 2021, for hearing.
The judge was compelled to adjourn the case after counsels to the first and second defendants The Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, and Department of the State Security, DSS, claimed they were not duly served the new application.
It was, however, later established that the counsel to the AGF was served but the five days for his response expires this Monday while the DSS counsel was only served this Monday morning.
