The outgoing Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, has officially handed over the mantle of leadership to his successor, Usman Alkali Baba.
The transfer of Power and Order was held in a brief ceremony at the Force Headquarters in Abuja Wednesday, April 7, 2021.
Alkali’s appointment means he is the 21st Indigenous Inspector General of Police Nigeria has had.
