Three persons have been reportedly killed in an auto crash along Oba- Ile, Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State.
One other person involved in the accident was said to have also sustained varying degrees of injuries.
The crash which occurred on Thursday evening in front of a popular hotel along the airport road in the state capital involved a Toyota Corolla car and a bullion van causing serious gridlock for hours.
An eyewitness account said the Toyota car lost control and crossed to the other lane as a result of over-speeding and ran into the bullion van.
Meanwhile, men of the Federal Road Safety Corps have mobilised to the scene of the accident to ensure the free flow of traffic.
