Duke Webb, a 37-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder after a shooting where three individuals reportedly lost their lives in a shooting at Illinois, United States.
Three were dead, while three others were seriously wounded based on reports from the police. Two of the injured are teenagers, the other is a 62-year-old who is currently in the ICU.
Although the police believe the act is random as there is no direct link between the victims and the Webb.
