Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu to be laid to rest in Private Ceremony

Zulu Queen, Shiyiwe Mantfombi Dlamini Zulu who passed away barely a month after her husband’s demise is set to buried in a private ceremony today in South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province.

The cause of her death has not been disclosed to the public, however, there have been rumors that the Regent was poisoned due to fears that her son, Prince Misizulu would become the next-in-line to the Zulu throne, as she was tasked with announcing the successor to the throne.

The scuffle for the throne appears to not be a strange occurrence as the former King, a direct descendant of King Cetshwayo, the famed Zulu King warrior, also went into hiding for 3 years in fear of his life.

After the demise of King Goodwill Zwelithini served on the throne for 50 years, the remaining royals have been engulfed in a power tussle much to the dismay of the leaders in the community.
