A video trending on social media shows a soldier physically assaulting a woman on the base of ‘Indecent Dressing ‘ in the Beere community of Ibadan, Oyo state.
He was also seen cutting the hair of some passers-by in the video after reportedly threatening and extorting them.
According to an eyewitness, the residents in the area are in constant fear due to the ‘extreme actions of the soldiers tagged as “Operation Beast” in a state where there is no curfew.
One of the soldiers was identified as “O. Adesina”.
