Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State on Sunday received the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso, in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
The former Kano State governor is expected to inaugurate the Mgbutanwo Internal Roads in the Emohua Local Government Area on Monday.
Governor Wike had in recent months invited several politicians from opposition parties to commission projects executed by his administration.
Other people who have also commissioned projects in Rivers State include former national chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole, ,the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, , and President, Muhammadu Buhari
