Well, we have interesting news as Andreas Hermann, a Physicist leading the Study from the University of Edinburgh has discovered a new state of Physical matter where atoms can be both solid and liquid at the same time.
It is perceived that under the right conditions, as many as 6 -7 elements can exist in this dual state – known as the chain-melted state!
