Vladimir announces first COVID-19 vaccine on the globe discovered in Russia

Vladimir Putin, Russian President has offered to grant residents of the Ukranian rebel regions fast-track access to Russian Passports just like some states in the European Union currently do.

He made the statement yesterday in Moscow while speaking to reporters at the end of his summit with North Korean Kim Jong Un.

The outgoing President of Ukraine Poroshenko had however described the suggestion as “an unprecedented interference in the internal affairs of an independent state” to which Putin had responded that the motive is purely humanitarian.

Ukraine has experienced some rebellions in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in 2014, for which they believe Moscow had assisted the separatists. A war which lasted for 5 years killing over 13,000 people despite a ceasefire agreement in 2015 which failed to stop the violence.

Russian President Vladimir Putin had on Thursday disclosed that Russia may be more willing to work with Zelenskiy, the newly elected Ukrainian President if he implements an international peace accord on Eastern parts of Ukraine.
