Kenya’s President, Uhuru Kenyatta has disclosed that all those involved in the making of illegal ammunition will be offered employment in the newly launched firearm factory.
He asked all interested parties to offer up their skills and speak to security agents to help grow the economy and keep the country safe.
According to the president, majority of the retrieved illegal arms by security agents were locally produced.
Kenya’s firearms factory was launched in April, earlier this year.
