President Muhammadu Buhari has mourned the victims of terror attacks in Borno and Katsina States.
Buhari, in a statement by his spokesman, Garba Shehu, vowed that the perpetrators would be brought to justice, and called on Nigerians to come together in defiance of those who would seek through terror and violence to divide them along religious, political or ethnic lines.
He said the attacks on artisanal miners and farmers for survival were evidence that the terrorists and bandits had been backed into a corner.
The President holds the victims in his thoughts and his prayers.
