Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a government meeting, where he supported measures that would make it easier for Russians to declare personal bankruptcy.
He approved of a suggestion to extend non-judicial personal bankruptcy measures to senior citizens.
Putin also supported an initiative to introduce special car loan rates to service personnel, including those who have been mobilised to participate in what Russia calls its “special military operation” in Ukraine.
He did not comment on the deadly explosion in Poland near the Ukrainian border on Tuesday
