Kenyans have taken to various social media platforms to mourn the passing of Nation Columnist, Philip Ochieng who recently passed away at 82 years at the Ombo Mission Hospital in Migori, Kenya.
Ochieng, reportedly passed away to pneumonia and old age related complications as disclosed by his daughter. He served as an editor for the Nation Media Group as well as a columnist for The Standard.
He was famous for his publications and books and within the industry for his intellectual capacity in the industry. He has been lauded by colleagues as a well accomplished journalist and author.
