A 45-year-old prophetess, one Augusta Olozulu, has been arrested and later remanded at Agbor Correctional Facility in Delta State over an alleged case of murder, conspiracy, and cyberstalking levelled against her and three others still at large by the Delta State Police Command.

The suspect who was arraigned before a Magistrate Court sitting in Asaba was moved to the correctional facility at Agbor after the police legal officer in an affidavit in support of an ex parte motion presented before the court requested that the court grant the plea to remand the suspect at the correctional facility pending the advice from the office of the Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Delta State which the court granted.

According to the police, a prema facie case has been established against the suspects over the killing of a businessman, one Thomas Emomitomi following a disagreement with the suspect who allegedly appropriated a church in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, entrusted in her care by the founder and general overseer.
