President Buhari reacts to Mayhem at NASS yesterday

The President, Muhammadu Buhari has held a closed-door meeting with the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu over the continued protests to End SARS across multiple social platforms.

Many youths across the nation and celebrities and even leaders and organizations have taken turns in calling for an end to the police faction which has hitherto caused harm and extorted several citizens on many occasions to the point that the menace has now reached a tipping point for the multitude, especially Nigerian Youths.

It doesn’t end there, a site where several individuals can chronicle their terrible experience with SARS officials has been set up whilst a graphic portal has also been set up for individuals to flood their timelines with.

Although the president intimated via his Twitter page to maintain that questionable officials will be held accountable and reforms are underway.

Many youths across the federation maintain that the period for reforms has elapsed and the only logical and acceptable condition will be for the group to be disbanded altogether.

The riots are not slowing down especially as some officials have reportedly assaulted protesters and one, unfortunately, gave up the ghost yesterday after being shot at Ogbomosho area of Oyo State.
