12 persons have been killed in a clash between bandits and vigilantes, in Zak community of Wase Local Government Area of Plateau State.
A youth leader in the community, Shapii Sambo, who confirmed the latest development, said that the Operation Safe Haven stationed in Zak was quickly notified, as soon as the people realized that the bandicts had arrived the community.
Zak is about 40 kilometers from Wase town, the headquarters of Wase LGA.
