After 45 years of abandonment, Otuabagi community in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State witnessed a historic ground breaking of the Oloibiri Museum and Research Centre, OMRC.
This comes amidst the challenges of oil exploration on the community and state as a whole.
Speaking at the ceremony, the minister of state for petroleum resources, Timipre sylva highlighted the importance of the museum to the state and the country when completed.
He spoke alongside the deputy governor of bayelsa state and others.
