With no functional paper mill in Nigeria, Ogun State Government and the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI)are close to concluding plans to work out modalities to establishing paper mill.
This is in order to boost paper production for local consumption and exportation.
The synergy will be based on Equity Participation arrangement in which Ogun state is expected to allocate twenty (20) hectares of land as its contribution to the investment.
