2019 elections: Obasanjo warns against handover of Nigeria to hooligans

Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo on Saturday held a closed-door meeting with security chiefs and some political parties in Ogun State at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library Abeokuta.

In attendance include the state Chairman of the Action Democratic Party, Wale Egunleti, the governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress, Gboyega Isiaka, a zonal director of the Allied Peoples Movement Campaign Council in Ogun west, Jide Ojuko, the state Caretaker Secretary of All Progressives Congress, Ayo Olubori and the state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi .

The meeting which was at the instance of the former president may not be unconnected with the recent violence among some political parties in the state.
