Godswill Akpabio has finally published the names of the ‘Beneficiaries‘ he was referring to in his Public Inquiry testimony during the NDDC Investigation.
The House Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila had demanded the names of the alleged beneficiaries be published or Akpabio, the Minister of the NDDC Affairs to face the consequences.
According to Akpabio, the lawmakers were awarded 60% of all NDDC Projects. They include Peter Nwaoboshi, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Niger Delta who was awarded 53 projects; Senator Matthew Urhoghide representing Edo South who according to the Minister got six projects; James Manager (Representing Delta-South) also with 6 projects; Samuel Anyanwu representing Imo West for the 8th Senate with 19 projects, and some others identified as Ondo and Edo Representatives.
