In the last 24 hours, 291 Covid-19 patients have recovered from the infection across Nigeria with the total number of successfully treated cases now 41,017.
There are, however, 160 new Covid-19 infections reported in 15 states with 53,477 being the total number of confirmed cases so far in Nigeria.
The new Covid-19 cases have been recorded in Plateau-44; Lagos-27; Katsina-18; Edo-15; FCT-14; Ondo-10 and Oyo-9. Others are Kwara-6; Abia-4; Nasarawa-4; Kano-3; Ekiti and Kaduna-2 each; Kebbi and Ogun-1 each.

There is no new Covid-19 related fatality in Nigeria in the last 24 hours as the death toll remains 1,011.
