According to reports, the 2019 Oscars will not have a host for the first time in 30 years, after their misunderstanding with the supposed host Kevin Hart who stepped down over the resurfacing of his decade-old homophobic tweets.

According to the producers of the Oscars, they will select A-list Celebrities to present and introduce segments of the award instead of the traditional single host for the night. This would mark the 91st academy award.

No alternative by the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences has been made after Kevin confirmed on Wednesday, January 9th 2019 that he would not be hosting the award show.
