International Workers’ Day, which is also known as Workers’ Day or Labour Day in some countries and often referred to as May Day, is a celebration of workers all over the world recalling the role played by Trade Unions, and other labour movements.
Nigerian workers took to the streets went on a rally to review, re-strategise and plan for better working conditions.
Today’s event offers workers yet another opportunity to appreciate themselves as well as call government to action in responding to their various working needs.
