The Nigerian Army has permanently replaced the 20th Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai, in a glamorous passing out parade.
The Minister of Defence, Bashir Magashi, during the passing out parade in honor of the former Chief of Army Staff at the Mogadishu Cantonment in Abuja called on the younger generation to learn from the exemplary leadership shown by the former Army Chief.
He also appreciated him for his selfless 40 years of dedicated service.
