Niger state bandits’ Commander, Buyo Yetti killed

An alleged notorious bandits’ Commander, Buyo Yetti, popularly known as Yellow Burguje, has been killed.

Buyo Yetti was killed in an encounter between the bandits’ group and the Mobile Police of Puff Adder, in Jaliwai village of Rafi Local Government Area, Niger State.

The late bandit Commander had led several attacks on communities, where people were killed, kidnapped, or cattle rustled.

It was gathered that Yellow was born and brought up in Zungeru town in Wushishi Local Government Area of Niger State.

Police Public Relations Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Wasiu Abiodun, declined comments on the development.
