If you’re addicted to Netflix, this may be not so good news for you, as the company recently announced plans to up the price on all their plans in the United States. Gotcha!
The Basic plan is set to increase from $8 – $9, HD/ multiple device plan will increase to $13 from $11 and the premium plan will now go for $16 from $14.
This is the third time Netflix will be hiking their price since launching the streaming service 12 years ago. Business-wise, Netflix is doing pretty well with a 6.4% increase in stocks.
A lot of speculation is circulating the probability that considering the whopping $13 billion the company spent in producing new shows in 2018, the company is trying to recoup.
