The Non-Academic Staff Union of University, NASU, and the Senior Staff Association of Nigeria University, SSANU, has asked the federal government to release a forensic audit report of payment of earned allowance for all staff members of the union from two thousand and nine till date or face indefinite strike action from union.

The joint union of NASU and SSANU in Abuja decrying the federal government breach of its agreement with the union,  says members have consistently experienced issues in the releases of their earned allowance, non payment of minimum wage, inconsistencies in the IPPIS payment and non payment of retirement benefit.

The joint union say these have caused uprising hardship on non-teaching staff and threatened to embark on an indefinite nationwide strike if after two week the federal government refuses to hind to its demands.
