NAPTIP arrests two Human Traffickers in Benin City

The Benin Zonal Command of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons NAPTIP has paraded two suspected human traffickers in the process of trafficking three young girls from Nigeria to Mali.

The Zonal Commander of NAPTIP in Benin Ijeoma Uduak says thirty-eight-year-old Friday Eze from Imo state but resident in Benin and forty-year-old Victoria Amos from Edo state were caught in the act of trying to ferry out victims from the ancient city.

Uduak says the agency received intelligence information of the act and swung into action to arrest the suspects and save the victims.
