Mourinho’s United sack: Matic, Shaw calls for respect

Manchester United’s midfielder, Nemanja Matic has stated that the United players must take responsibility for Jose Mourinho being sacked as the team’s coach.

The Serbian insisted Mourinho alone cannot be blamed for their poor performances but the players also taking responsibility. 

Meanwhile, Matic’s fellow United teammate, Luke Shaw has called for respect to be accorded to Jose Mourinho for the job he did at the club.

Shaw, who had a sometimes frosty relationship with the Portuguese during his two and a half years tenure, referenced to the three trophies won under the Portuguese has an achievement that should not be ignored.
