Technology Giant, Microsoft recently disrupted and transferred control of 6 internet domains created by Strontium reportedly associated with the Russian Government late yesterday evening.
There is growing concern that this train of events poses a threat to groups associated with Political parties in the United States; especially as elections are approaching.
This news comes during increased cyber tensions between Moscow and Washington concerning security during the 2018 mid-term elections in the States.
The sites were imitations of 3 U.S Senate sites, a Microsoft Suite site and a few others which were misleading to online users.
