List of striking countries at AFCON 2019

Uganda’s national team have recently made the list of striking countries at the CAF African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2019.

Other countries that have embarked on a strike at the AFCON 2019 include Nigeria, Cameroon and Zimbabwe.

Majorly, the bone of contention which led to the players striking is the reported to be the non-payment of bonuses by their respective countries.

Albeit, the football association of the individual countries stepped in to settle the matter amicably.
