First responders have been working for over 24 hours at the 7-storey building which collapsed yesterday.
Another two bodies have been extricated from the rubble bringing the fatalities to FOUR.
The painstaking process is ongoing.
The Lagos State Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Idris Salako said that the building was sealed three times but the developer refused to halt construction.
