Operatives of the Kwara State Police Command have arrested a man, Hassan Ibrahim, for allegedly killing his 90-year-old father, Sabi, a retired army corporal, and stealing the deceased’s ATM card to withdraw his money.
Hassan, after perpetrating the crime, reportedly buried his corpse and fled to Kaduna State, where he had been secretly withdrawing his father’s money with the ATM card.
Parading the suspect at the police headquarters in Ilorin, Kwara State, on Thursday, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Ajayi Okasanmi, said Hassan was arrested following a report made by his sister, Aishat
